Roadmap for Students Who Will Do Internship
BEFORE INTERNSHIP
Before the internship application, our students will fill in all the information in the "Compulsory Internship Form" on our department's website on the computer and have it signed by the Dean's authorized unit.

They will forward the form signed by the Dean's Office to the institution where the internship will be done and have it approved.
The form approved by the institution where the internship will be done will then be delivered to the Internship Commission members Res. Asst. Ali Kemal TOPALOĞLU or Res. Asst. Sinan UZUNÇARA by May 10th against signature. ("Compulsory Internship Form" will NOT be delivered to the Department Secretariat or any third party!)
The final list of students who will do internship will be announced in May and Student Insurance Procedures will be initiated according to this list.
The "INTERNSHIP REGISTRATION SLIP" to be obtained from our department's website will be filled out and a photo will be attached and approved by the Faculty Student Affairs Office before going to the internship.
The "Insurance Entry Declaration" indicating that the students' insurance procedures have been completed will be obtained from the Faculty Student Affairs Office two weeks before the internship start date.

The internship book application has been abolished, and students will create an Internship Result Report to be prepared in a computer environment within the scope of the directive published by the Dean's Office and have it approved by the institution where they did their internship.

AFTER THE INTERNSHIP
The Internship Report will be delivered to the Internship Committee members in 1 hardcover and 1 CD recording in return for signature.
The internship registration slip and the "EMPLOYER'S INTERN EVALUATION SURVEY" to be obtained from our department's website will be filled out by the institution where the internship was done at the end of the internship and delivered to the student in a sealed envelope. The envelope can also be sent to our department via registered mail/cargo. This envelope must be delivered to the Department Secretariat by the last business day of the second week of September. Our Internship Committee is not responsible for any delays in the mail. Therefore, our students should follow their documents meticulously.
The Student Internship Evaluation Survey must also be filled in during delivery. These procedures must be completed by the last business day of the second week of September.

IMPORTANT: If any of the internship notebook, surveys (student and employer) and internship registration slip documents are missing, the internship will not be evaluated. In this context, it is of great importance for our students to carefully read our Department's Internship Directive and the procedure given above and learn the internship evaluation procedure.
